Research On The Design Of Steel Structure Residential Building Based On Open House

Currently, our country is promoting "Housing industry modernization" in residential construction for promoting the development of Chinese steel housing. As a new form of residential building structure, steel structure owns excellent mechanical properties and ease of advantages for industrial production, breaking the constraints dwelling structure designed and creating a more flexible and diverse residential space to meet individual housing needs. However, the research in Chinese steel housing design has not yet formed a variable system, and structural steel housing can not play to their strengths, which is causing obstacle to their development.Open house system provides a strong theoretical basis for the steel structure residence household design. The essential theory is separation between skeleton and infill. Skeleton can improve the age of structure, infillcan adapt to the needs of different people. Open house theory and steel structure residential housing corresponds to the design requirement, which has important significance to our country’s steel structure residential design.This paper will summarize the conclusion of open house which matchs the steel structure housing design. At the same time, this paper willsummarize the technology requirements in steel structure residential under the background of industrial model. The deficiency of steel structure housing and the preliminary summary of steel structure residential design principles will be put forward.
