| Steel residential house has advantages of light weight, good seismic performance, and easy to field assembly. It conforms to the development strategy of Housing Industrilization. At present, low, multi and tall steel structure residence has been more mature in structural system, but the envelope system and the key application technology are relatively slow. This paper is based on the design and construction of a two-story light steel residential demonstration project. It established a range of applied technology such as architecture plan, structural system, envelope system and installation method for steel housing, aiming at problems now exist in steel structure housing. This paper also carries on economic analysis and tries to find more practical design and construction method, and provides a theoretical basis for steel housing design, construction and promotion.(1) The demonstration project starts from the modular design of residential buildings, choosing600x600as its modulus grid. Then it carries on standardized structural system design, choosing H-shaped steel beam-column frame structure system.(2) Precast steel network composite wall panel and bamboo reinforcement ceramsite concrete composite wall panel are chosen as exterior wall of the demonstration project, the two wall panels entirely meet the requirements of65%energy saving. And new connection joint of internal wire sleeve embedded part is introduced to speed up the Installation schedule.(3) PK prestressed laminated concrete slab is chosen as floor and roof of the demonstration project. The results show that compared tocast-in-situ concrete, the PK slab construction can shorten1/3above construction period, at the same time save steel4kg/m2, wood0.01m3/m2, reduced about30%overall cost.(4) Quicker and more reasonable installation and construction process is put forward through the construction of the demonstration project. Economic comparative analysis is also carried on. The results show that fabricated steel housing is better than concrete structures in cost, energy-saving, factory productivity, quality defects, construction efficiency and environmental pollution, except that they share the same foundation. |
