| Abstract:CRTS â…¡ slab ballastless track is one of the main track structure adopted in China. Construction experience of passenger dedicated line shows that CRTS â…¡ slab ballastless track laying is completed, put into operation before, mortar filling layer exposes a more common problem-the track plate and the mortar filling layer away from the seam. Gap leads to rainwater which from the track plate surface along the gap invasion mortar filling layer, greatly reducing the durability of the track structure. In ballastless track laying stage, slow down or even avoid the track plate and a mortar filling layer away from the seam, is of great significance to improve the durability of CRTS â…¡ slab ballastless track mortar filling layer.This paper are based on summarized the study and application results of domestic CRTS â…¡ slab ballastless track, take Shanghai-Kunming Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Jiangxi Section as the carrier, using the orbital mechanics and finite element theory, established the CRTS â…¡ type ballastless track structure mechanics analysis model; by using the research methods combination site test and simulation calculation, systematic study under the effect of temperature, dead weight, mortar buoyancy and other factors, CRTS â…¡ type track plate stress and deformation rule, and from the aspects of temperature control, track plate lay mode, formulated technical measures to alleviate the track plate and the mortar filling layer away from the seam.Research on Shanghai-Kunming Railway Passenger Line Jiangxi Section, to a certain extent, improve the construction quality of CRTS â…¡ type slab track structure of mortar filling layer. |
