High fill soil subgrade is easy to slope instability and roadbed subsidence phenomenon, high demands on strength and stability, in practice need to pay attention to. On the one hand, to prevent high fill slope instability, for slope stability calculation in the engineering construction. On the other hand, in order to ensure compliance with the specification requirements in the construction process of deformation of high embankment, deformation prediction of roadbed filling process needs.In addition, the stability of the roadbed are influenced by technology of subgrade reclamation, so master the high fill soil engineering theory and method of construction technology of subgrade reclamation is very important.In this paper, the stability of the high filled soil subgrade as the object of study, using the limit equilibrium method, calculation of slope stability of high fill embankment under different operating conditions.To investigate the influence of slope, slope platform width series, and other factors on slope stability. At the same time, the finite difference method, the roadbed in different conditions of high fill embankment deformation calculation and analysis, to reveal the influence of slope series, slope, filling thickness on the deformation of subgrade. In addition, based on the concept of water content and degree of compaction, research on construction technology. In this paper, the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Because of the high soil-filled subgrade is high, so must check the slope stability. In this paper, using the limit equilibrium slice method mature for slope stability analysis, used Sweden Arc method, Simplify Bishop method and Janbu method were discussed and researched on the slope safety factor. At the same time, the filling height of high soil-filled subgrade is larger, would lead to a large settlement of Subgrade for the foundation soil, first of all,in the filling process must by calculating and forecasting the subgrade deformation. In this paper,the subgrade deformation analysis and research based on the finite difference method and basic principle.(2) Taking the limit equilibrium slice method as the theoretical basis, to analyze and calculate the slope stability of high soil-filled subgrade under different conditions using the Numerical analysis software, to study the effects of different calculation methods,slope series,slope ratio,platform width,and other factors on slope stability.(3) The finite difference method as the theoretical basis, through the Numerical analysis software to calculation and analysis in different conditions of high soil-filled subgrade deformation, influence factors to different slope of different slope series,slope ratio,filling thickness on the subgrade deformation.(4) The filling method and filling technology greatly impact the strength and stability of subgrade. Filling construction of subgrade is quite important in highway construction,the construction method and quality of subgrade engineering directly influence the engineering quality and cost. So master the high soil-filled subgrade filling construction technology theory and method is very important. In this paper, in the highway subgrade engineering of Hunan X project, based on the control method of moisture content and degree of compaction control as the main research object, combined with the construction technology and construction process of embankment filling, rolling machine and the choice of method for rapid detection of water content and degree of compaction to discuss the research method and technology of subgrade filling.
