With the development of social economy, automobile has become the most important means of transport in modern life. Currently, Car seat lumbar mostly made of the plastic inner core outside wrapped in a layer of hard cotton and the leather, The structure of the backrest is simple and the price is cheap, but the intensity of the plastic material is low and absorbent cotton can’t heat dissipation, Contact with the skin is easy to cause skin disease for a long time. Micron wood fiber manufacturing of lumbar back has many advantages compared with plastic products, for example it has high strength and beautiful appearances and good adhesion of paint and high class and easy processing features and so on. As people on the safety and ride comfort requirements continue to increase. In the future development of the car seat lumbar support,this set of micron wood fiber lumbar of environmental protection, comfort and other advantages as one bound to its unique advantages emerge as a direction for future development of the car seat.Micron wood fiber is based on the theory of cell lysis and cell recombinant technology, full recycling the branches of trees and the industrial scrap, cutting to meet micron thickness and length of wire made of wood. Micron wood fiber molded products fully mixing the plastic and micron wood fiber in a certain percentage, mold layers by the theory of micron technology. In this paper, on the basis of ergonomics, design the3d model of inner core of automotive seat waist and design the moulding machine and mold. This paper expounds the working principle of moulding machine, And select mould press molding material according to the mold temperature. And mainly design the rotating feed system of mould machine. At the same time, this paper introduce the moulding process and production process of micron wood fiber waist core. This paper summarize reasonable test methods through repeated experiments such as the preparation of micron wood fiber and the proportion of micron wood fiber mixed with glue and the choice of adhesive and the choice of molding pressure and the amount of material and so on. And it is concluded that it can mould pieces of different density with different material and pressure. The piece directly determine the density, toughness, elasticity and strength of mould piece.This paper proceed the static analysis and modal analysis of micron wood fiber waist through finite element analysis software. Get the waist on the stress of inner core Strain values and the first six order modal analysis. In order to verify the moulded parts of waist with high strength, toughness and elasticity, We through split hopkinson test, can qualitatively analysis the properties of micron wood fiber waist. Through theoretical calculation and experimental analysis, it can conclude that the quality and density of lumbar back is better than raw material. Micron wood fiber molded products used in automotive parts, has opened up new areas of high-quality green molded wood products and applications, good industry prospects, market prospects, but also make some contribution for the country to build a resource-saving society.
