“Electric Network Management-control integration” is Power Dispatcher andworker of the power transformation station joined to be one.The rapid growing of thePower Grid asked the Grid running with more intelligence.The traditionalexperience-based Electric Network Management mode has not been fit the growing ofthe Grid, it must be progressed with technology, and adopt the old system, and createa “smart grid” with “Electric Network Management-control integration”. The reality of“Electric Network Management-control integration” will make the Grid safer、betterand more economy. It’s also a new economic growth point of the area economic and thenmade the Grid the most comprehensive benefit.At present, a total of74power transformation station in Harbin Power Grid, and46of them has been made integrated automation substation. The substation managementmode is accounted for half the number of people on duty substation, central controlaccounted for half the number of Substation Management Bureau, Harbin Power Gridcan make the rate to75.68%in2013, and95.95%in2014.
