As the material basis for the development of human society, energy has alwaysbeen the focus of people. With people unlimited exploiting, the available fossil energyon earth is depleting. The development and utilization of new energy sources hasbecome an important research direction around the world. Among the numerousavailable new energies, solar energy is the most ideal alternative energy of human in thefuture. The research of solar power generation technology has made great achievementsin recent years.There are two main types of solar power generation technology, one is thephotovoltaic power generation, and the other is the solar-thermal power generation.Currently, photovoltaic technology has matured and has been industrialized, butsolar-thermal power generation technology research is still in its infancy. There arethree forms of solar power generation technology: slot type,tower type and dish type.The research of slot type and tower type solar power generation technology startedrelatively early. Because of the large scale, they mainly develop in the form of powerstations. Dish solar power generation technology develops relatively later, and its scaleis smaller. So it is more suitable to develop the small scale power generation device.With the use of new energy for the purpose and from the perspective of industrialengineering, this paper systematically studied the manufacturing technique ofsmall-scale dish solar thermal power generation device (used for non-grid users) reflexplate. At first, paper introduced the structure and key parts of the solar thermal powergeneration device, analyzed the difficulties of large-scale production; the second, chosethe materials of reflex plate and made the processing scheme of parabolic dish incombination with TRIZ; thirdly, designed the subject and hydraulic system of parabolicdish’s molding machine, at last, designed the mould and bracket of the dish.Solar thermal power generation technology is a trend of solar power technologydevelopment in the future. What this paper research will promote the development ofthermal power generation industry in China.
