This article selected topic is based on solve the problem of energy tension and environmental pollution, organic union of the solar-thermal technology and temperature difference power generation technology to design a green pollution-free temperature difference power generation device. Collecting heat energy through the solar system, the unit cold end temperature difference, complete the thermoelectric conversion function.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of the basic principle of thermoelectric power generation, solar thermoelectric device theory model is set up. Through theoretical model analysis, deduce the calculation formula of solar thermoelectric power generation; find out the factors influencing the performances of solar thermoelectric power generation, and determine the actual application of the effective measures to improve the efficiency of power generation and power output and methods. Secondly, build a temperature difference generator performance test platform, analyzes four kinds of temperature difference power generation module and research, and determine the performance of the most reliable temperature difference generator, clear the specific factors influencing the performances of power generation. Then using TracePro software of a compound parabolic concentrator to build model, carry on the simulation, through the simulation of ray tracing and receive the light intensity, heat absorbing performance of analyzed situations, designed the best CPC condenser. Finally, set up the system as a whole, 16 pieces of temperature difference power generation module in the form of series connection, realize the thermoelectric conversion, in the hot and cold end temperature of 50 ℃, load for 80, the biggest open circuit voltage of 57.2 V, the system maximum power of 12.5 W.
