| With a large number of nonlinear loads and renewable energy powergenerations connected to grid, the grid structure is becoming more and morecomplex and the electric power quality problems are prominent. A small range ofmonitoring electric power quality problems has been unable to satisfy the need ofdevelopment, it is necessary to establish an electric power quality monitoring andanalysis system covering various voltage levels within the province.In this paper, the key technologies in the construction of electric power qualitymonitoring and analysis system are studied, including data acquisition, dataintegration, data modeling, data compression and data analysis etc. And the relevantstandards are studied, including the interchange format of power quality dataPQDIF (Power Quality Data Interchange Format), IEC61970standard etc.. On thisbasis, this paper designs a structure of the system, presents a feasible solution to thedata center, builds models of power quality data using object oriented technologyand IEC61970standard and makes advanced research on senior applicationfunctions of power quality, including the analysis of voltage sag characteristic valueand sag source identification, disturbance classification and comprehensiveevaluation method. The overall effect based on NET platform is given out in thepaper.This paper solves the problem of information isolated island in electricalenergy quality monitoring, realizes the multi-level data sharing and applicationintegration, providing guarantee for the further analysis and senior application ofelectric power quality data. |
