The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which replace the excitation winding of the rotor electrically excited synchronous motor with permanent magnet, has many advantages:smaller size and lighter quality; higher power factor and higher efficiency; Higher flux density, faster dynamic response; high reliability; with strict speed synchronization and a wide speed range. Therefore, the permanent magnet synchronous motor has been very widely used, and plays an increasingly important role in the field of power transmission. This paper takes the Shan xi Province Natural Science Fund Project "inverter torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor is reduced and optimized design" as the background, from control theory to study the permanent magnet synchronous motor.This paper has selected the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor to control and research. In the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model and vector control principle, the paper uses id=0control mode and the space vector pulse width modulation. In MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, this paper establishes a simulation model of speed current double closed-loop vector control model of PMSM. On the performance of vector control system is studied, the simulation results show that the system has good static and dynamic performance, consistent with the theoretical analysis.This paper studies the permanent magnet synchronous motor field weakening control principle, the weak magnetic regions were analyzed. This paper uses the gradient descent method as a method of weak magnetic control to build the weak magnetism speed governing system simulation the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method, based on the vector control system simulation model, joins the MTPA module and the current reference value correction module. The simulation results are analyzed, the feasibility of this method is proved.In this paper, The permanent magnet synchronous motor initial positioning principle are introduced, and the correctness of the method is verified on the experimental platform. The paper uses incremental photoelectric encoder for detecting speed, computing and using the M method of rotational speed, the experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis.This paper introduces the hardware and software, the vector control system of PMSM, the vector control system design, software structure. In this paper, using the TMS320LF2812DSP chip of TI company, the software design of vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. In accordance with the modular programming ideas, the preparation of the application of vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Hardware structure of the experiment system and sampling circuit are introduced, experiments were carried out at the end of the performance of the system in the experimental stage, realized the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control, and lays the foundation for weak magnetic field experimental study.
