As China’s mobile Internet users rising trend, the number of mobile application development is also a rising tide lifts all boats. Mobile applications with its powerful functions and convenience for the vast majority of mobile Internet users and even some enterprises provide a more convenient way of life and the way of office. In this situation that mobile applications gradually formed a trend, some large production enterprises and related service providers, who have monitoring needs to the course of transport of the transport vehicles, focus on the mobile monitoring function. How to realize the problem that the enterprise users and the logistics carriers monitor and manage transport drivers by their mobile phone is this paper study the problem. The construction background of this system is Taigang logistics real-time monitoring platform project. The author did the main job in the project is to put forward the mobile GPS+Cell ID+wifi hybrid positioning methods, structure Hadoop data processing architecture model in data processing layer and load test of the system.Generally, the cooperative relationship between enterprise, logistics carrier and freight driver is loose. It is difficult to implement this demand that enterprise active and real-time positioning the course of transport of the transport vehicles, and if the enterprise oneself builds a wide range of monitoring and control system will needs huge capital investment. Transport vehicle real-time monitoring system based on cloud computing not only realize the enterprise without the huge investment can active monitoring and regulating the process of carriage of goods, and combined with the mobile technology, also make the enterprise users to realize the function to real-time monitoring the driver position in enterprise mobile terminal.The paper is mainly to combine the advantages and disadvantages of mobile terminal multiple positioning function, effective integrate multiple positioning technology, enhance the advantages and avoid disadvantages, implements automatically choose the best way of measuring in different measurement conditions and real-time upload positioning data to the background, as an enterprise users or logistics carriers basis of the positioning.The system based on three layer service architecture of cloud computing, realized the construction of the three layer architecture and built a real-time monitoring transport vehicle cloud platform, that platform makes the different users can according to need to buy or lease the functions of the system. By combining cloud computing and mobile technology, realize uploading data from mobile measuring terminal to cloud platform of the system, and implement the function that enterprise users or logistics carrier users via mobile client terminal real-time monitor driver client. System combining with the technology of Hadoop distributed processing in the architecture of cloud computing. The Hadoop big data processing ability makes enterprise users can Mining useful information in massive amounts of data, and improve of the whole data processing ability and speed of the system.
