The research of urban road traffic safety early warning system is put forward under the background of the increasing trend of urban traffic accidents.Urban traffic accidents are characterized by high occurrence rate,uncertainty and complexity,which determines that the research task of urban traffic safety early warning system is difficult.At present,although there are some in-depth researches in the field of traffic safety early warning theory,but in the practical application of traffic safety early warning is still lack of some effective application.Based on the mobile cloud computing model and the current popular Android mobile development technology,this paper,from the practical application point of view,designs and develops an urban traffic safety early warning system based o n mobile cloud computing.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Completed the overall design of urban traffic safety early warning system,including system architecture design,functional module design and physical structure design.System function module is divided into information collection,information transmission,data processing,early warning information release,monitoring and management,etc.The system structure is divided into the mobile client and the transport layer,PC server and client in four parts,the mobile client to complete the vehicle speed,location,traffic accidents and other information collection,transmission layer protocol using UDP data exchange server,mainly to complete the traffic data processing,storage,monitoring and management functions,PC presents a traffic information system collected from the traffic administrative department.(2)The congestion time prediction model based on GPS and traffic accident type is established,and the time of forecasting the traffic accident in the subsequent congestion area is realized in the data processing server.Through the model,we can calculate the accurate congestion time and provide reliable reference information for the vehicles behind the congested area.(3)Complete the Android mobile terminal software design and the realization of load balancing,server-side software design and impleme ntation.The driving direction of the vehicle and the selection of vehicles within a certain range of the rear of the accident vehicle are studied and realized by collecting the travel information.(4)Take advantage of Java Web technology to complete the design and implementation of monitoring and management server,traffic management departments in this system can monitor the traffic safety and management,and take timely measures to deal with accidents,to prevent further expansion of the scope of the accident.The target of this system is that the user can timely get the information of the traffic accident occurred and the accident point of the journey.So the user can estimate time by provided accurate reference information and can arrange the trip in advance,but also stabilize the user's mind,to avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents or secondary accidents.
