To a certain extent, thedevelopment of refrigerated career reflects the level of people’s lives for a country. With therapid development of the world economy, the increasing living standards of people, andexpanding foreign trade business,Not only country in the construction of various large-scalecold storage, refrigerated for material reserves, but also building a variety of smallindividual businesses cold.Large refrigerator main use of ammonia as a refrigerant in the cold storage mediumusing Freon as a refrigerant. Various food cold chain also continues to develop. Therefore,in this graduation project, I chose a representative of R22and R404A refrigerant as a designfrom the load calculation to calculate the various components selection, to the drawingwork, learning about the refrigeration system design basic knowledge, work and learningfor the future of guiding significance.Based on the“cold storage design specification”,“civil construction heating ventilationand conditioning of civil construction design specification” and “code for fire protectiondesign of buildings”, this paper detailed contrast and analyze to the design andapplication of the existing cold storage by accessing to a large number of literature,understanding the latest development trend at home and abroad and combining with thevariability of specific geographic location, climatic conditions and market trend of Tianjin.This paper designed and calculated the cold storage on this basis.This paper designed cold storage and heat storage in the function of cold storage,based on relatively mature cold storage technology at home and abroad. The hightemperature storage is mainly the preservation function and used to serve the marketoperation, but its economic benefits was poor and cold storage is difficult to maintain theoperation. However, Niwo cold storage could store the fresh fruit attached to the fruitplantations, and temperature range could adjust in-5℃~5℃based on fruit type. Lowtemperature storage is mainly used for frozen storage, such as meat. So, the cold storagebusiness was planned in the whole to meet the market demand.
