Store buildings belong to public building. For its serious waste of energe, thestore building got a great potential of energe saving. In China, we have long beenattaching much more importance to the construction of building air conditioningsystem than follow-up supervision of its operation and analysis of data, which resultsin a shortage of basic data. It cannot provide guidance for optimum design of airconditioning system of green buildings, energy saving management, assessment ofgreen buildings or the making-out of relevant national energy and building energysaving policies. Currently the store building is lack of long-term follow-up actual dataand analysis.To effectively seize large store buildings’ status quo of energy levels and buildingair conditioning and ventilation systems operation and management, in this study, itfocused on a new large store building’s cold and heat sources center in Beijing.Through an analysis of cold and heat sources center by the Energy ManagementSystem in July2012-March2014statistics, it initial grasp of the store buildingincludes air conditioning cold (hot) load dynamically change characteristics, trafficvariation, running chiller energy efficiency, the basic status of chilled water transfercoefficient, cooling water transfer coefficient, water transport coefficient energycontrol indicators.The article will discuss the following five chapters respectively:First, Background and significance of the proposed research papers and studiesto optimize the control strategy from the survey and analysis of energy consumptionin public buildings, energy research operation indicators, public building systems,indoor environmental quality research in four areas of elaborate home and abroad.Second, Evaluation methods and indicators and evaluation methods storebuilding indoor environment store building air conditioning systems are brieflyintroduced.Thirdly, The experimental objects were introduced, including architecturaloverview, building energy center system composition and energy managementplatform for building air conditioning shop.Fourthly, According to the store building air-conditioning energy managementplatform recorded data, focusing on analysis of the store building in July2012- March2014air conditioning system operating data, evaluate their economicperformance and found this shop in the actual operation of building energyconsumption compared to low, but in the design and operation of many problems stillexist.Finaly, factors affecting the operation the store building air conditioning systemfor analysis.
