Distribution network planning is an important part of power system planning,Planning scheme affects the reliability of the power system operation, and is directlyrelated to the power supply quality for users. With the deterioration of the environmentpollution, large-scale development of traditional power mode will be restricted, such asthermal. Secondly, Population growth sharply, leading to the tension of land area. Andother factors, more and more dash forward show distributed power’s advantages: smallenvironmental pollution and optimal land utilization. So the research of distributed poweris more and more attended by the experts and scholars.According to the content of the distribution network planning, this paper carried outa research into the following two aspects for distribution network planning with thedistributed power: Firstly, study the substation location and volume. establishingsubstation planning model based on full life cycle, and distributed power supply is addedto the objective function, Using the Voronoi diagram to divide the power supply radiusautomatically, And by using improved particle swarm algorithm solves well substationsiting and capacity with distributed power problem; on the other hand, researchesdistribution network expansion planning problem with the distributed power, Firstly, analyzs the processing model of all kinds of distributed powers in flow calculation andforward-back substitution power flow calculation method, And then, set up minimize theintegrated operation cost, minimize network loss, maximize distributed installationcapacity, the three most optimal objective function. The integrated use of Pareto solutionset and the particle swarm algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm solve wellthe multi-objective optimization problem. This paper enumerates examples about the tworesearch contents, and use matlab programming for validation, Numerical results provesthe feasibility of the proposed scheme in this paper. At the same time, Proving that thedistributed power reasonable access to distribution network will not only save theinvestment, and reduce the network loss, and from other side, it illustrates the distributedpower supply has a good development prospect.
