Since the end of the 20 th century,the construction industry has developed rapidly.As an important energy industry in China,the power industry also thrived rapidly.Since the government has put greater emphasis on the engineering project of transformer substation,the number,the scale or the investment of transformer substation has increased greatly.Improving the project management level and applying the multi-object optimization can significantly promote the development of economic growth.Now,multi-objective optimization has been applied to the project management of transformer substation,and further discussion in this area continues.This paper conducts a research on the mufti-objective synthesis optimization of transformer substation project management,fully demonstrates the necessity of applying mufti-objective optimization to deal with the problem of project management of transformer substation.Theoretical basis of mufti-objective optimization is introduced from two aspects: traditional mathematical solution and modern intelligent optimization algorithm.To begin with,based on the characteristics of transformer substation,this paper redefines the implication of cost,quality and duration,and suggests that environment should be a new control objective,and thus explains its meaning.Through a discussion on the relationship between cost,quality and duration,this paper obtains the model of ?duration-cost? and ?duration-quality?.Then,according to the function analysis on cost and environmental influence,this paper derives an ?environment-cost? model,and thus establishes a multi-objective synthesis optimization model on duration,cost,quality and environment for the project on transformer substation.Finally,taking an actual project of transformer substation as an example,the paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model,obtains a solution with an approach of mufti-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,which is an optimal equilibrium of the four objectives-duration,cost,quality and environment.The result validates the practicability and effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization model proposed in this paper on solving multi-objective optimal problem in the project of transformer substation.
