With the acceleration of urbanization and infrastructure construction, concrete durabilityproblems are more and more people’s attention. This article relies on the National Science andTechnology Support Program-a cluster of concrete structures across the sea120years of lifeto protect key technique to study the application of non-destructive testing for the concretedurability in quality control. Fick’s Second Law shows that the chloride ion diffusioncoefficient and the thickness of the protective layer for the structure’s service life has a veryimportant impact. Therefore, this paper focuses on the use of WENNER, ground-penetratingradar and other methods of non-destructive testing techniques durability of concrete qualitycontrol applications, specific research results are as follows:1. By field tests, full-scale models and laboratory tests to establish the relationshipbetween the resistivity of concrete and concrete chloride ion diffusion coefficient usingWENNER method and t the RCM method. Tests showed that full-scale model test measuredthe resistivity variation with age more in line with the resistivity of the physical componentsof the age variation, concrete and concrete resistivity ρ chloride ion diffusion coefficient D inrelation to D=128.486/ρ. Entity established by testing concrete resistivity ρ memberchloride ion diffusion coefficient D and the relation D=128.486/(1.02ρ+3.05), solves thesite cannot be damaged components of chloride ion diffusion coefficient detect this problem,to achieve a site quickly and easily control the quality of the durability of concrete goals.2. By the testing of the full-scale model of an immersed tube tunnel of HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to determine the deviation of ground-penetrating radar survey ofconcrete cover thickness correction is0.87mm. Using ground-penetrating radar to HongKong-Zhuhai section of the immersed tube tunnel tube10total precast concrete coverthickness over5600reinforced the position of the64root segments were detected, analyzedand summarized the outside of the immersed tube tunnel prefabricated walls, inside walls, thethickness of the protective layer of the deviation of the distribution of the outer bottom,reaching the precise quality control of concrete durability requirements.3. Comparative analysis of the protective layer thickness of the deviation distribution’sdifferences between the outer walls of precast immersed tube tunnel, inside walls, floor outside. Immersed tube tunnel precast floor outside the outer protective layer of the wallthickness deviation ratio deviation walls inside are small, so to strengthen the qualitymonitoring for the immersed tube tunnel precast wall outside, the inside walls of reinforcedbanding template support.
