Ecological Restoration And Landscape Regeneration Of Industrial Wasteland

The transition from industrial society to post-industrial society caused a transformation of the industrial structure. there is a structural recession in traditional industries, the development of emerging technologies eliminated the backward industrial production methods, there is a functional recession in the industrial land, coupled with the economic downturn in the inner city and the lever difference of land, there are a lot of industrial waste land. These industrial gradually become a scar of the city, with the environmental, economic, social and any other problems. The proposing of the sustainable development strategy, the industrial heritage protection, and the problem of land reserve’s lacking encourage people to look closely to the transformation of industrial wasteland, ecological restoration lay the foundation for the subsequent development of waste land, and the landscape regeneration drives the area’s energy, therefore ecological restoration and landscape regeneration is the only way which must be passed to realize a sustainable development in the industrial wasteland.On the basis of summarizing the research status, the content of industrial wasteland,the article analyze the theory and good practices at home and abroad, and through concrete case and related theory,for the eco-industrial wasteland landscape restoration technology and renewable way to do systematic exploration and practice, thus put forward suggestions for future transformation of wasteland. Specific conclusions are as follows:(A) Under the research status and related theory, the Article formulate the principles of ecological priority, respecting the venue, local conditions, people-oriented, harmonious symbiosis.(B) The article formulate that the industrial wasteland restoration should use scientific and technical means to remediate the surface, improve the soil,restorate the vegetation and water on the basis of respecting the ecological evolution of nature and complying with basic laws of nature.and for different track conditions, the article put forward the corresponding repair techniques and principles.(C) in the landscape regeneration, the article proposes that site-based to integrate the resources and features of the original site,conducting landscape, artistic, ecological design, and specifically do depth designing techniques on abandoned buildings, waste and waste facilities and venues Landscape Plants; in addition, according to the venue’s own characteristics, the article also summarizes wasteland three modes of re-using.(D) To achieve the sustainable development of industrial wasteland,the article put forward the concept of constructing the place spirit and explore the constructing of place spirit during the ecological restoration and landscape regeneration in the industrial wasteland.(E) Finally, select a typical transformation case, by studying its ecological restoration and landscape regeneration, to verify and permeate the theory and practice, and draw a conclusion of that we should pay attention to the timing of reforming,the network systems of Industrial Wasteland, and focus on the inheritance and development of essence in traditional Chinese garden.
