| With the development of the society, subways have wildly been built to alleviatetraffic pressure. Shield method is commonly used in urban subway construction. Butshield tunneling machines often reach special hard stratum, where shield tunnelingmachines can’t go through. To solve this problem, the mining method is used to excavate,and then the shield tunneling machine is used to assemble segments. There are greatuncertainty on the selection of construction methods and support parameter. To avoidpotential safety hazard and waste of engineering materials, it is of research need tooptimize the primary support parameters.Wuhan Metro Line3, which runs across the Hanjiang River, is taken as theengineering. This thesis will mainly study on how to optimize the primary support ofmining method and some research results are as following:(1) Based on the review of recent literatures, the primary support types and supportmaterials were compared, analyzed and selected. The reasonable primary support andsupport material were selected, then the strength analysis was performed to verify therationality.(2) A method of building complex models was introduced to make up for the lack ofpre-processing function of FLAC3D. Firstly, ANSYS was used to build and mesh finiteelement model, secondly the data from the built-in ANSYS model was derived by APDL,finally interface program written in FORTRAN was applied to convert data from ANSYSto FLAC3D model.(3) Taking safety and economics as index,an optimization analysis of supportparameters based on the orthogonal experiment was carried out and the optimal safety andcost-saving support parameter was determined, the research results were of greatengineering application value. |
