With the rapid development of railway construction, the most needed problem is blockpartitioning problem. Since the railway began operation, ensured traffic safety, shorten thetracking interval, improved the ability to pass through three works are contacted closely.Thetraditional traction calculation software what is used to calculate the tracking interval is errorprone, almost without any algorithm. But the train tracking interval is one of the factorsrestricting block partitioning. Therefore, it is important to enhance the ability by block sectionrationalization, shortening mixed passenger and freighting lane running track interval.Based on the analysis and comparison of current block partitioning at home and abroad,the feasibility of this paper is explained to choose. But at present, the division of basic blockpartition algorithm for genetic algorithm is based on ant colony algorithm design of metro,particle swarm optimization algorithm, and only involved single lane. In this thesis, based onthe tendency in double using artificial immune particle swarm optimization as the core to thepassenger and cargo block partitioning methods are used in mixed run type of general speedrailway. It has obvious advantage.In this paper, when the general speed railway is as the research object, the blockingsection division optimization method is studied. Based on the tendency in double usingartificial immune particle swarm optimization, the paper designs optimization steps immuneparticle swarm algorithm. Compared to single one the immune particle swarm optimizationalgorithm has antibody diversity maintaining function, improving the global search ability,avoiding premature. And the convergence process is simple, fast. Algorithm has theoreticalresearch and it is mature in the optimization parameter selection. The optimization problem ofmulti object has the superiority. At the same time, the basic principle of block partitions thattrain traction calculation block partition principle and influence factors are discussed, for thesubsequent block length calculation. And the influencing factor of block partition priority isanalyzed. The thesis based on the analysis of three methods affects train headway and speedclassification results, namely "efficiency","economy","average" of the computer simulation.Simulation results show that immune particle swarm algorithm in actual signal installationproject can achieve occlusion district issues accurately and effectively. And the reliability ofthe results and error that is obtained by immune particle swarm optimization can meet thereliability requirements of the division. Finally, the algorithm that is based on a fixed blocksection is designed an efficiency simulation platform.
