With the wide use of shield tunneling method in underground engineering in ourcountry,it has become a major method applied in city metro construction.In theconstruction of the shield tunnel,shield machine propels forward and tons of heavysegments which has already been installed in cable ejects out at the tail of the shieldmachine,leaving a crevice between rock and the segments unavoidable.So synchronousgrouting paste material for shield tunneling is an indespensable step in shieldconstruction.Stratum deformation can be controlled through injecting grout in the crevicethat has been cut by shield at its tail in order to reach the purpose of controlling stratumsettlement and stress release.This article focused on the requires of Wuhan Metro Line3synchronous groutingfor a shield tunnel through a mine tunnel,for the propose of obtaining grout which issuitable for the interval in this project,it requires the grout has the appropriate settingtime,high stability,easy to be pumped.And the liquidity,compressive strength and fillingability of the grout can be coordinated.Investigated related documents of synchronous grouting for shield construction inour country,the single-component active grout are made up by cement,flyash,bentonite,sand and water,and the influence of raw materials on the groutconsistency,setting time,bleeding rate,volume shrinkage and compressive strength andthe trend of the optimization of the mix proportions of synchronous grouting werestudied by sixteen groups of orthogonal experiments,and the base mix proportion forfield construction was put forward in this paper.Through laboratory experiments andcombined with the field application of the single-component active grout, Combining theindoor study with the field application of the single-component active grout,the mixproportion of the grout for synchronous grouting was improved,the parameters ofsynchronous grouting for a shield tunnel through a mine tunnel with no-load were determined and the relative construction techniques were proposed. The research resultscan provide reference for similar projects in the design and application of synchronousgrouting.
