| Shield synchronous grouting is a key part of the shield construction process.The traditional grouting process is mainly divided into three independent processes: stirring,conveying and grouting.Compared with the integrated one-piece equipment,the separated grouting machinery has the defects of large area,complicated equipment work,and low work efficiency.At present,the mixing process of the grouting slurry at home and abroad is mainly carried out in an open air environment,and dust is easily polluted during the specific construction process.It is inconsistent with the green construction advocated by the current country.The establishment of the ground mixing plant will occupy valuable land resources and exacerbate the traffic pressure during the construction of the shield.Based on this background,this paper studies intelligent integrated grouting equipment.The research content of this subject mainly includes: the precision and automation problems of the batching process,the conveying and storage of the slurry,the control of the injection pump,and the monitoring and recording of the grouting process.During the preparation of the sizing solution,the electromagnetic valve,cylinder,inverter and other equipment are controlled by the programmable controller to realize the precise ratio of raw materials and accurate blanking according to the set weight on the production line.During the slurry conveying and storage phase,the slurry conveying valve is switched on and off according to the real-time liquid level signal of the slurry tank,and at the same time,the slurry storage motor is controlled to open and close to realize dynamic storage of slurry.The control of the grouting pump uses the hydraulic system of the whole machine as the power source,and uses the PWM method to control the electromagnetic directional valve to realize the control of the speed of the drive cylinder.The turbulent flowmeter feedback signal and the number of piston trips are integrated into the grouting flow,and the flow value is recorded and managed.By integrating the results of each step of the synchronous grouting,it is shown that the integrated grouting equipment has a significant effect on the environment during the shield tunneling process. |
