Earthquake nearly10years the world constantly, concrete frame structure is widelyused in the earthquake many did not yield mechanism to realize the ideal, the life andproperty of the people can not guarantee."Strong column and weak beam" mechanismin rare earthquakes can cause the building to achieve the seismic fortification goalexpected and give full play to the seismic performance of the structure. There are manyfactors that affect the "strong column and weak beam" mechanism, mainly than limitand the moment amplification factor of column pressure cast-in-place floor, shaft.This paper depends on the large general finite element software Sap2000, using thePush-over analysis method analysis. Push-over also called static pushover analysis isthe analysis of theoretical evaluation, development of a seismic performance of thestructure more perfect, according to China standard, specification and present researchsituation of abroad and, to explore how to realize the ideal of "strong column and weakbeam" system. First, establish multilayer framework model, Push-over analysis ofstructures, displacement and floor displacement curve to observe the structure of yieldcharacteristics, and through adding the yield of plastic hinge to simulate component, todetermine the yield level of beams or columns according to the number of plastic hingesand plastic hinge stage of development. Simulation results show: cast-in-situ slab andbeam has good compatibility. The effect of floor slab can not be ignored, can consider to6~8times the effective flange width. The limit value of the ratio of hybrid mechanism isformed under the beam and column hinge the axial pressure, axial pressure ratio limitadjustment there is still space. To the ideal form of "strong column and weak beam", thevalue of moment augment factor of column should be better than the current standard,the three level framework as an example, the value of1.5is appropriate. At the sametime, super beam reinforcement, filled wall of frame structure influence the yieldmechanism.
