Study Of The Railway Passenger Service Quality Survey Process

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of living standards, people demand more passenger service and so have a higher requirement for it. In order to win the passenger market, the railway transport enterprises must constantly find problems in railway passenger service and improve passenger service quality according to the market demand, therefore, the railway passenger service quality survey is necessary. In order to improve the efficiency of the railway passenger service quality survey, optimization for the survey process is necessary. There has not been theory and method to guide problem solving. This paper studies the railway passenger service quality survey process theory and methods systematically.This paper defines the definition of the railway passenger service quality survey process, analysis of the factors affecting the preparation of the survey process. Combined research experience in the field of activity resources, on the basis of the analysis the characteristics of the railway passenger service quality survey process problems, modeling method and the solving algorithm of the problems are compared, and then selected the linear programming and greedy algorithm as the modeling method and solving algorithm. This paper constructed a mathematical model of the railway passenger service quality survey process optimization problems, and used the greedy algorithm to design algorithms of survey process optimization, established the greedy criterion. Taking a research project as an example to empirical analysis the railway passenger service quality survey process optimization problems and proved the feasibility of the research mentality and the method proposed in this paper. Finally, designed the railway passenger service quality survey process preparation system, realized automatic preparation of the survey process.
