With the rapid development of the high-speed railway in our country, the passenger delivery and arrival volume of large-scale railway passenger stations has increased significantly,which means it will have higher requirements to the station’s organization of passenger transport and quality of passenger service. How to configure the advanced service facilities rationally, realize the modernization of railway station’s passenger service management, optimize the passenger flow line of the station, and provide safe and convenient service for passenger’s ticket buying and checking, waiting, security check, transfer etc, these are the major issue the large-scale railway passenger stations of China facing. Doing a good job at the issue will be helpful to the organization of passenger transport and the increase of operation efficiency, which are important to a modern passenger station.Combining with the major project of Beijing Railway Bureau "The optimization research on passenger transport service system of large-scale passenger stations", this thesis mainly research on the simulation evaluation model and method for the optimization of passenger service facilities’configuration in Beijing Railway Station.Firstly, this thesis analyse the research status about railway passenger station’s modern passenger service system, the optimization of service facilities’configuration on the passenger flow line, and the characteristics of passenger flow organization at home and abroad. Secondly, combining with the characteristics of passenger flow’s behavior at large-scale railway station, the thesis analyse the types, structure features, performance indexes and simulation evaluation methods of passenger service queuing system in railway station systematically. Thirdly,on the basis of analysis to the passenger service system in Beijing Railway Station,the thesis establish the dynamic simulation model of passenger service flow line in Beijing Railway Station based on AnyLogic,a micro simulation software. The simulation evaluation indexes system are put forward along with simulation model. And relevant parameters about the simulation are analyzed and calculated. Then, based on the dynamic simulation model that has been established, the thesis evaluate the passenger service facilities’configuration status,and put forward the optimization scheme of passenger service facilities’ configuration for the bottleneck area in Beijing Railway Station. The thesis also evaluate and optimize configuration schemes of ID&ticket check, security check and ticket gate under different passenger arrival rate,and put forward reasonable and efficient configuration schemes for these passenger service facilities. Finally, considering the large passenger flow volume and the limited waiting space of Beijing Railway Station, in order to ensure the safety and the comfort of passengers inside the station at peak time, the station need to restrict the passenger flow to control the number of passengers inside the station in a safe range by configuring and organizing the ID&ticket checks and security checks reasonably. In accordance to this requirement, the thesis choose the capacity of waiting lounges in Beijing Railway Station as evaluation Index, optimize configuration schemes, and put forward a coordinated optimization scheme of ID&ticket check and security check, which is effective for controlling the number of passengers inside the station in a safe range. Besides, the thesis still put forward relevant operation management methods for Beijing Railway Station.The optimization schemes of passenger service facilities and the optimization suggestions on the organization of passenger transport, which have been put forward for Beijing Railway Station in the thesis, provide scientific decision-making support for the operation management of the station, and have been adopted by Beijing Railway Station. |
