Research On Logistics Park Location Selection Based On Modified0-1Mixed Integer Programming Model

With the development in recent years, modern logistics industry has been regarded as an artery and fundamental industry of national economy, its degree of development has been become to a judgment symbol of degree and synthetically national strength. Logistics Park is an important logistics crucial node in modern logistics system, its reasonable planning has an important function to modern logistics. As basic facilities for modern logistics, transportation infrastructure provides important insurance for transportation with high efficiency, high speed and high quality relying on its nationwide network layout and rapid expansion of scale. And it greatly enhances the competitive strength of logistics parks. So the development status and strategic planning of transportation infrastructure will decide the logistics park location selection to a great extent.The influence of transportation infrastructure to logistics parks location selection is the point of penetration in this paper. According to this, the logistics parks location selection modal based on transportation infrastructure is built. Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction about the basic theory, conception, present status of development, feature and type of logistics parks. Secondly, combined with the actual situation in our country, it provides location selection goal, principle, influence factor and method comparison. Thirdly, it reveals the influences of transportation infrastructure to logistics park location selection and social transportation cost, introduces comprehensive transportation coefficient modal and yearly increments of unit transportation cost combining funds for construction influence, and bring them into0-1mixed integer programming model aiming the least gross cost. At last, it gives a living example for logistics parks location selection in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, so as to prove the correctness and feasibility of the modified modal.Combining with the influence of transportation infrastructure, the problem about logistics parks location selection is systemically studied in this article. It hopes to provide logistics planning and the development of modern logistics with something valuable for their reference.
