For the enterprise, the primary task besides pursuing interests is to utilize resources reasonablely and circularly, reduce pollutant emissions and walk the road of sustainable development. The blast furnace gas is a kind of clean energy which is produced in the process of smelting iron. However low calorific value, large smoke volume and low combustion effciency makes it is not fully and rationally used. Oxygen-enriched combustion technology can effectively reduce the flue gas emissions, improve the boiler combustion temperature, and enhance heat transfer in furnace. Therefore, it is of significant practical significance to utilize oxygen-enriched combustion technology into the blast furnace gas boiler to keep safe and steady operation of boiler.Aimed at sovling problems of low thermal efficiency and instable combustion flame of a220t/h blast furnace gas boiler, this paper utilize oxygen-enriched combustion technology into the blast furnace gas boiler to reasonable use surplus oxygen resources of the enterprise. Based on rational utilization of resources and safety and economic of oxygen-enriched combustion of blast furnace gas boiler, this paper designed a220t/h oxygen-enriched combustion system for the blast furnace gas boiler. Velocity field, concentration field and temperature field of different conditions of oxygen premixed process in the burner is simulated and analyzed on the basis of fluent software, and optimal design is conducted based on this. Velocity field, temperature field and concentration field of before and after oxygen enriched combustion is simulated and analyzed to test oxygen-enriched combustion technology. At last, combustion test of before and after the oxygen-enriched combustion on real furnace hot is taken to inspect the actual running effect of oxygen-enriched combustion technology.Through the oxygen-enriched combustion technology, the quantity of air required for the combustion and emission of smoke volume reduced about12%; Furnace temperature increased50K and heat transfer effectenhanced obuiously; NOx concentration of furnace exit reduced3.8%; Fuel consumption reduced3.6%, incomplete combustion decreased 1.5%,and boiler thermal efficiency improved3.23%;Economic and environmental benefits improved remarkably.
