Research On Obstacles Measurement Of Ultrasonic Ranging In Pump Truck Arm

Aiming at the long arm frame construction machinery operation obstacle avoidance, the ultrasonic obstacle detection system of pump truck arm is researched in this thesis. The pump truck obstacle detection monitoring system and the long distance ultrasonic sensor which meet the requirements of the pump truck arm obstacle detection is designed. The main research contents are as follows:1. Use the pump truck obstacle detection monitoring system as the object of study, the method to realize the pump truck arm obstacle detection monitoring system based on the ultrasonic ranging technology and the long distance ultrasonic sensor is raised.2. Design the hardware circuit and the obstacle detection monitoring program of the pump truck arm monitoring system. Use the ultrasonic propagation time real-time denoising processing to improve the system of anti-interference ability and obstacle detection accuracy. And the interval ranging is used to make the ultrasonic sensor practical.3. Through theoretical analysis the cause of ultrasonic ranging blind and methods to improve the ultrasonic ranging distance, the ultrasonic ranging blind improved circuit and the circuit to increase the distance of detection is raised. The logarithmic amplifying circuit and the peak value detection circuit is added in ultrasonic receiving circuit to solve the envelope problem of the extraction of the ultrasonic transmitting signal and the echo signal from the hardware, so as to accelerate the ranging. The experimental results verified the feasibility of these circuits.4. Construct the test platform of obstacle detection monitoring system and make experiments on the performance of ultrasonic sensor and pump truck arm obstacle detection system. Experimental results show that the obstacle detection system in pump truck arm is stable.It can find the obstacles around quickly and can realize the long distance130-2000cm obstacle detection accurately.
