Abstract:As a new crucial groundwork construction equipment, hydraulic static piling driver can work calmly and placidly using strong static pressure produced by high Pressure oil. Comparing with other Pile machinery the major advantages of the machine include:no noise and vibration, no pollution, safety, speed, economy and so on. More and more hydraulic static piling driver have being used.Pile clipping mechanism as one of the most important parts in hydraulic static piling driver, its carrying capacity is the most important to pile driving quality performance and the safety of the whole life. In the actual project, the case of distortion or cracking of the pile clipping box often appear, in order to solve the practical engineering problems, and provide a reference for clipping mechanism structure design, the analysis has been carried on the finite element static strength and fatigue life for the pile clipping mechanism, which are aimed of promoting the theoretical research and the structure design of the hydraulic static piling driver.In this paper, the main research works are as follows:Firstly, four kinds of limit working condition that the pile clipping box of hydraulic static piling machine may occur were analysised, and the force of the pile body under various working conditions was analyzed and calculated.Secondly, the inventor software and ansys software, was used to establish a finite element model of the pile clipping box of ZYB800M hydraulic static piling driver; in four kinds of extreme working conditions, structural static strength of the pile clipping box finite element model was simulated and calculated. Combining the results of the static strength analysis and calculation, specific modifications to the pile clipping box was proceeded, and has carried on the analysis and calculation once again.Then, on the basis of the above, stress-life analysis method was used to analysis and predict the fatigue life of the pile clipping box on the most dangerous working conditions.Finally, electrical measuring method is used to carry on the static stress test of the main risk points of pile clipping box, check the strength of the pile body as well as prove the validity of the results of finite element calculation.In a word, the research results of this article on the fatigue life and static strength of pile clipping box provides a theoretical basis for the structural design. At the same time, the analysis thought and method has great versatility and engineering practical value, providing a reliable reference basis for the design and improvement of other structural components of the hydraulic static piling machine.
