Among all kinds of the pile foundation construction equipments, the hydraulic static pile driver obtains widespread applications for its outstanding merits: lower noise, slight vibration, non-pollution and so on. It is one kind of modern new pile foundation construction machinery using the high-pressure oil to produce the formidable static pressure, which can press the precast pile fast, smoothly and peacefully into the ground.Along with the increasing engineer requirements in the practice, the tonnage of the hydraulic static pile driver is also increasing, sometimes in the project practical application, the cantilevers parts of the hydraulic static pressing pile driver have serious or the dehiscence problem. For this core technical issue, we have made some investigation both in theory and in applications in this dissertation. The main study work is as follows.Firstly, we have analyzed each kind of conditions of the hydraulic static pressing pile driver which actual possibly appeared in the production, which forms a basis for the loading analysis on cantilevers parts.Secondly, using the finite element method, we have established the mockup of the cantilevers parts, and have carried on the computer simulation for all kinds of loading process.Thirdly, based on the work in the second part, we have presented the stress characteristic of cantilevers parts, proposed the concept of risky deformation level set ( {(x,y,z)∈R~3 | E(x,y,z)≥δ}) at the first time. With help of this concept, all elements of dehiscence can be found.Fourthly, based on the work in the third part, we proposed the optimization methods for the structure of cantilevers, some efficient measures for the improvement of the cantilevers structure were given.Lastly, also by the finite element method, we have carried on the intensity examination for the improved cantilevers, and done a large of confirmation experiments by electricity measurement method.The above results provide important theoretical basis to improve the qualities of the cantilevers, enhance the working life of the hydraulic static pressing pile driver and the actual design and the manufacture of this product.
