Abstract:The manufacturing system is a system that continuously converts manufacturing resource into products. It turns out products and creates wealth, at the same time, it consumes vast resource. There is serious resource waste in the mass and extensive manufacturing system. So the research on optimal utilization technology of manufacturing resource is of great significance to improve the utility of manufacturing resource, to reduce resource consumption and thereby to improve the whole benefit of manufacturing.Cutting production is the first step of the manufacturing process of large-scale machinery equipment parts, and its mode of production organization and management directly influenced the whole equipment’s production period and fabricating cost. In the rolled steel use ratio promotion project in the Sany Heavy Industry Pumping BU, in order to improve cutting ratio of the part blank material and Achieve automate their production operations management, reduce raw material consumption, This article aiming at large-scale engineering machinery manufacturing enterprises characteristic on a single piece of property, materials (especially the sheet material) resource consumption, long cycle characteristics. At the same time, has acquire preferable application effect in reduce material consuming and enhance the design level in the firm.
