Submarine pipeline of Hongkong branch is a section of the West-East gas pipeline project.It is constructed by "CPOE 101" pipe laying vessel.The pipeline diameter of Hongkong branch is up to 813 mm,the length of the pipeline route is 19.67 km,passes through 3 busiest shipping lanes,includes four sections of elastic laying section,the target of the pipeline is 30 years for no repairing.The pre trenching construction mode is adopted in the route.Therefore,it is very difficult for the pipeline construction,it is huge challenge for the pipe laying barge to keep the safety operation.In order to ensure the pipeline laying process safe and smooth,accurate to the pipeline laying design of routing,according to the Hongkong branch of submarine pipeline laying elastic installation problems encountered in project research.First of all,according to the sea pipe laying vessel and pipeline and the specific parameters of operation area,use the professional pipe laying calculation software Offpipe,select the construction parameters suitable for the stress distribution was calculated under typical water pipeline,pipeline stress check.Secondly,according to the ABS & DNV standard,the related key parameters are calculated by using Offpipe software,the radius of curvature on the elastic laying period were checked.Then,combined with the pipe laying equipment performance and parameters of ship mooring system,using the hydrodynamic software to make the elastic laying period of anchorage scheme is simulated and analyzed,and combining with the anchor test,to verify the reliability of calculation results.According to the calculation results and the actual working conditions,and further calculate the pipeline mud,derivation of pipe laying ship relative position,determination of construction scheme,to guide the smooth completion of the construction of four sections of elastic laying period,to ensure that the project successfully completed on schedule.By combining with the practical engineering,to verify the feasibility of the mooring analysis method can be used to guide the actual construction.
