With the rapid development of society, and the great improvement of people’sliving standards, the requirement of indoor thermal environment is also improvedaccordingly. Survey shows that people have more than80%of the time spent inindoor all day. So the pros and cons of indoor thermal environment is directly relatedto people’s work efficiency and health. It is very important to building a healthy andcomfortable working and living environment. In this paper, indoor thermal comfort of air conditioning heating and radiationheater heating is studied in cold and wet winter. The research results contribute to theimprovement of uneven heating in the climate zone. In the paper, the main researchwork and achievements are as follows:The influence of air infiltration to indoor thermal environment is analyzed byCFD simulation and the measured values in air conditioning heating room. Thethermal comfort evaluation index is PMV-PPD. The research result shows that theheating load increases in air conditioning room after taking into account of airinfiltration. Air infiltration has a great impact on indoor speed, which has changedindoor flow field in some extent. Considering air infiltration, the simulation value iscloser to the actual value, which provides certain reference for numerical simulationof indoor thermal environment.Indoor thermal studies on different heating power and air infiltration have beencarried out by experimental measurement, questionnaire investigation and simulationstudy based on the typical room with ‘small solar heater’. A new kind of table-heatingis proposed on that basis. The result shows that the heater can meet the basicphysiological needs of human body under the condition of the lower standards inthermal comfort. In the case of no infiltration, the average temperature of indoorpersonnel working area with table heater is2℃higher than the ‘small solar’heater under the same outdoor environment, and the temperature distribution around the human body of the former one is more uniform. There is no difference on the windspeed. The relative humidity of most area is higher than30%. Taking into account ofair infiltration, it has some effects on temperature field and humidity field and there islitter change on wind speed.
