The researching method used in human thermal comfort is usually a survey or questionnaire, which is adopt to collect human thermal comfort subjective feeling in the past. Here are physiological parameters only about body temperature, skin temperature and sweating in the hot environment involved in terms of objective research in thermal comfort reaction. Discussion group has done some research on the reaction of human physiology senior parameters (such as nerve conduction velocity) to thermal environment. Based on these studies, this essay will continue to do some advanced research on the reaction of human physiology senior parameters to thermal environment.This essay takes the typical climate of Chongqing (hot summer and cold winter ) as the research background and on the basis of studies in the early stage a new transitional season experimental condition is adopted coupled with an alter in summer/winter experimental conditions. What's more, P300 is added in the test items of physiological parameters. Some research methods are also improved such as lay down subjects'sleeves after test instead of exposing the skin temperature measuring point in the air in the experiment of testing nerve conduction velocity in winter. The main difference of this essay to the early study is that the physiological parameters taken form transitional season were compared with those of from winter and summer. In addition, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the nerve conduction velocity measurement points with the skin temperature were improved.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental data, we get the following conclusions. 1. In the term of nerve conduction velocity. MCV in winter is significant different from transitional season whether natural low-temperature condition or condition with the breeze. MCV is no significant difference between air-conditioning condition and transitional season. SCV in winter is significantly smaller than in transitional season. SCV between summer high temperature condition and transition seasons is nearly the same, but after 30 minutes'sitting in air conditioning conditions we can got the result that SCV is significantly smaller than that in transitional season. 2. In terms of average skin temperature. This temperature is significantly lower in winter than that in transitional season and higher in summer high temperature than that in transitional season. But after 70 minutes'sitting in air conditioning conditions the result is the average skin temperature is significantly lower than that in transitional season. 3. In terms of P300. Its value is no significant difference among variable conditions and seasons.What can be conclude from the questionnaires about subjective thermal feeling, comparing vote situation on thermal feeling between summer air conditioning condition and transitional season condition, is that it is cooler in air conditioning condition than that in transitional season, which coincide with the conclusion that after 30 minutes'sitting SCV is significantly slower than that in transitional season.
