Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the transportation industry, transportation industry was booming. Huge number of bridges need to build, so bridge construction has entered an unprecedented period of prosperity. Which prestressed concrete T-beam bridge are often selected as the best bridge with its great structural rigidity, strong torsional capability, well integrity, comfortable driving and other advantages. But in recent years, a lot of bridges had cracks in continuous prestressed concrete T-beam bridge using at home and abroad. This phenomenon attracted the attention of domestic and international bridge experts and then these researchers proved that temperature stress is the main reason for the cracks of bridge structure. A greater temperature difference between the bridge structure prone to temperature cracks under the effects of temperature, due to concrete has poor thermal performance, which impacted durability and safety of the bridge. In this paper, as the research background of Inner Mongolia Baobeihe bridge prestressed concrete continuous T-beams, it monitored the temperature of the beam data for observation.According to the test beam measured temperature data, analysis of concrete hydration heat and sunlight temperature action of the test beam temperature distribution model hydration heat temperature. The section size and concrete casting temperature were effected the hydration heat temperature.Taking heat transfer theory simulate analysis of the concrete T-beam heat transfer process in the heat of hydration stage with ABAQUS finite element software. Using academician Zhu Bofang written "mass concrete temperature stress and temperature control" described the heat of hydration heat release composite index formula to Calculation of heat release of concrete. Adopt to compare analysis of the calculated temperature field and the measured temperature field, then we got a group of composite index expression coefficient for calculating concrete T-beam hydration heat release. Using the modified FEA software analysis of the concrete T-beam heat of hydration temperature field.
