| In recent years, the mass concrete structures in bridge engineering use more widely. During the period of concrete pouring and solidification,because of the massive concrete structures is large and cement hydration reaction heat is not easy to distribute, combined with concrete characteristics and external conditions, etc, it is easy to make structures produce greater tensile stress that concrete will produce temperature cracks. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars research results, analysis of large volume concrete hydration heat and the related factors in study of the temperature control measures, to provide a reference for similar projects.In this paper, the main work contents are as follows:(1) This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of mass concrete structure, bridge has the domestic and foreign research present situation of engineering application; from the theory of heat conduction and mass concrete way the temperature field of finite element calculation of the theoretical derivation, while the impact of various factors hydration heat of concrete materials were introduced, and finally for the control of the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete provide a reference.(2) By summarizing academic’s research, optimization of concrete mix from well-designed, reasonable method, select the appropriate construction methods, the joint action taken effective measures and surface temperature insulation measures and other aspects of the concrete structure to be able to better control the internal temperature of mass concrete, better prevention of mass concrete cracks.(3) By using the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL to information of hydration heat and temperature control of concrete pile caps of HEZHANG bridge for this paper, the measured temperature and a comparative study analysis, the results are in good agreement. This is illustrated by the analysis of finite element modeling to simulate the effect of cap better.(4) This article is also based on this hierarchical method of placement of the research and analysis methods to get their produce to prevent temperature cracks are also effective. But also on the various factors of cooling pipes were compared summarize, get pipe cooling for temperature control of the parameters of the law and the thermostat rational planning and design, to prevent cracks. |
