Since Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power station generating units put intooperation, there has been intense vibration and noise, Affect the safe and stableoperation of equipment. Zhanghewan company invite experts to the scene experienceand survey,experts to participate in the survey think that the pumped storage powerstation power house vibration,noise intensity is relatively rare Zhanghewan Pumped,violent vibration not only destroyed the structure,but also may affect the normaloperation of equipment,preparation of cause equipment damage and the wrongaction, existence great hidden danger to the safety of equipment, especially whenthe vibration frequency is close to the vibration frequency of a part or the whole of theresonance occurs when the effect, will be very serious, and the vibration willproduce noise, thus worsening environment plant. Therefore, need to find thevibration and noise reduction measures as soon as possible, as far as possible toprevent the plant in the operation of the vibration and noise of the output, reduce theloss to a minimum.In this paper, systematically and deeply studied the background and significance oftopics and research situation at home and abroad, introduces and elaborates thetheory of vibration and noise reduction related basic situation, power plant ofZhanghewan Pumped Storage Hydropower Station; and then introduces the results ofThe China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research,Hohai Universityand the Wuhan University of the respective vibration and noise reduction model andtest, and the results were compared between three persons. Finally, on the basis ofthe above research, proposed by constructing Zhanghewan Pumped Storage PowerStation project comprehensive evaluation index system, and the application of fuzzycomprehensive hierarchy analysis project of three units of the scheme is syntheticallyevaluated, and according to the evaluation results, power noise reduction projectthat China water conservancy and Hydropower Science Research Institute of the theright conclusion, and according to the result of study selected scheme, puts forwardthe energy damping and noise reducing measures of Zhanghewan Pumped powerstation.
