With the rapid development of today’s economy and the growing electricityrequirement, the responsibility of power supply enterprises is more and moreimportant in the social life. Facing with the actual situation of power marketing CCC,the power marketers must master and track in the work dynamic of electric powermarketing business quickly and accurately. At present, the current researches ofpower marketing CCC intelligence should continue to strengthen the developmentand implement so as to enhance the work efficiency of power company marketingCCC and reducing the workload. However, to make research on intelligence CCCproject of electric power marketing, meanwhile, we must also do the post evaluationof the project, which requires the establishment of a complete post evaluation system,and carry out a comprehensive evaluation to follow up research the final operatingresults and economic benefits of project.Based on the operational status quo of intelligence CCC project of electricpower marketing in Hebei province, this article refers to the related research aboutevaluation of power marketing CCC at home and abroad, combs and analysis of therelated knowledge of power marketing CCC intelligence applied research project inHebei province and post evaluation. On the basis of the practical evidence and theoryof the post evaluation, put forward the main elements of the evaluation about theproject. And then constructing the post evaluation index system of project, analysisthe post evaluation method of project. Finally, combined with the actual situation ofproject operation in Hebei province, studies the post evaluation of the project. Thispaper researches the post evaluation management on intelligence CCC of electricpoer marketing, this applied research project belongs to Hebei electric powercompany, and this research will play a positive role in promoting the application anddevelopment of marketing CCC.
