Today, the power industry has gradually become China’snational economy is the most important basic energy industry, therefore, to improve thepower efficiency, reduce the cost of power generation has become the priority amongpriorities power enterprise development direction in china.Chemical water treatment is an important part of power plant, natural water containsharmful material composition of equipment large, direct use of natural water will causeirreversible damage to the equipment corrosion. High parameter unit equipment for watertreatment operation parameters are more sensitive than low unit, water quality decreasedslightly, will cause the entire system of water salt corrosion, seriously affect the saferunning of the equipment, reduce the efficiency of the economy.With the improvement of unit parameters, equipment material on water vaporcondition corresponding to improve sensitivity, safety, reliable chemistry water treatmentrequirements are more strict; high parameter unit with the increase of water consumptionof water resources and water environment pollution pressure, the high parameter unitpower plant chemical water treatment both in treatment process precision, processing, orsupervision of maintenance and low parameter sets are very different. This paper willaccording to the requirements of control function of chemical water treatment system of1000MW unit, the control system of membrane water treatment process of chemicalwater treatment system of thermal power plant, the overall scheme selection and designof control system, overall design of chemical water treatment system of thermal powerplant from two aspects of hardware and software, and implementation methods thespecific design scheme is given. The site commissioning test run, the existing problemson the spot and unreasonable further perfect, finally completed the design target controlsystem.
