Research The Application Of Chemical Water Treatment Control System In Large Thermal Power Plant

In the modern large-scale thermal power generating units,water and steam are responsible for the energy transfer medium in the power production.it is the "blood" of the thermal power unit,which plays an important role in the power generation process.The main task of chemical water treatment is to ensure the quality of boiler feed water,its reliable and efficient operation is directly related to the safety performance of the thermal power unit and the service life of the boiler,turbine and other equipment.It is very important to study the chemical water treatment control system of the thermal power unit.The chemical water treatment control system of Huaneng Laiwu power plant is taken as the research object,this paper discusses the design of power plant chemical water treatment control system based on Fieldbus Technology,and the monitoring system of water treatment in power plant is designed by configuration software.This paper studies the communication principle of fieldbus technology and the advantages and disadvantages of the control system based on the analysis of the technological process of chemical water treatment system of thermal power plant,the design scheme of the control system based on fieldbus technology is given according to the requirements of the control system,using FF-H1 and Profibus-DP Fieldbus standards,the 7 subsystems of the chemical water control system are designed,including water system,boiler water supply system,sewage and wastewater containing coal system,purifying water system,dosing system,circulating water system and condensate water treatment system.The whole system adopts DCS structure on the upper layer,and 6 OCR1100 controllers are configured,the equipment layer adopts the way of combining field bus and hard wiring,and the water system of the remote station,sewage and wastewater containing coal remote stations,water purification station system remote station and remote station dosing system is designed.Using the Ovation Developer Studio configuration software of Shanghai Emerson Process Control Co.,Ltd.,the control program of the whole chemical water system is designed,and the monitor screen of each subsystem is developed.Through the on-site installation and commissioning,and the analysis of the operation results,it shows that the application of field bus technology in the thermal power plant chemical water treatment control system is stable and accurate.The application of bus technology in the control system of chemical water treatment in thermal power plant not only reduces the laying of cables,but also saves the cost,in addition besides,the later operation and maintenance has brought great convenience.
