Distributed energy technology is an important development direction in the futureworld energy technology, it has high energy efficiency, little negative impact on theenvironment, improve energy supply reliability and economic benefit. Therefore, theresearch at home and abroad, analysis, to understand the status of the development ofdistributed energy projects, develop distributed energy solutions in line with China’snational conditions and characteristics, through the analysis of an example to verify thefeasibility of the distributed energy projects, and to promote the research, has the vitalsignificance to our country’s energy reform.Subject to the regional characteristics of Shenzhen international low carbon city asthe basis, based on domestic and foreign advanced technology, combination optimization,formulate a suitable sustainable development conditions of China and regionalcharacteristics of distributed energy projects, provide the reference for the design of thedistributed energy solutions, in order to achieve with demonstration and promotion role ofthe objective.(1) Using the park planning and the existing data, considering from the constructionarea, housing and employment population and industry types, based on the contentanalysis of load forecasting and power, establishing operation mode power supply for thepark and the best cooling, heat.(2) For the smart grid and elaborates the corresponding research, put forward amore advanced management system and high efficient, flexible, safe, reliable energysupply mode, realize the user initiated, direct regulation of power end, efficient use ofenergy and low carbon target.
