AC asynchronous motor is driven machinery which is widely used in the modernsociety, the stator fault and rotor broken bars fault of asynchronous motor fault in a highproportion, therefore, the development of asynchronous motor online monitoring of thecommon fault, to avoid the occurrence of major accidents, fault repair, has a veryimportant significance.With the development of embedded technology, intelligent will be the developmentdirection of motor fault diagnosis system. This paper studied the ARM AC asynchronousmotor fault monitoring system based on. By analyzing the failure mechanism of theasynchronous motor, detection of the use of resource rich ARM current, voltage signal ofthe stator, the analysis of collected data, and the data storage detected in large capacitymemory, using S3C2440as the core microprocessor, the system design, based onembedded Linux operating system as the platform, the design of the current samplingcircuit, signal conditioning circuit, memory circuit, LCD display circuit, CAN interfacecircuit. Through the software of fault diagnosis of the collected data, analyzed the results,and display the fault types, fault location, fault time information is displayed on the LCD.Finally, through experiments to research the fault simulation, the experimentalresults verify the feasibility of this system design and implementation to meet theexpected design requirements.
