With the speeding up of the steel structure housing industrialization,people prefer large space residential compared with the traditional steel structure housing.At the same time, the research and development of the steel structure housing system has been the research hotspot and difficulty in the field of national steel structure in recent years. In the Steel Structure and Space Structure studio of Taiyuan University of Technology,the projcet of Light steel structure housing research which is in progress is a typical example.Based on the group as the background,combining the characteristics of the steel truss steel truss structure used in traditional frame structure system, put forward and designed a new bearing of steel truss structure residence system solutions.Combining with the theory of component design and conceptual design, with the help of PKPM software and finite element analysis software MIDAS, proceed with the analysis of the new steel truss structure residence bearing system for the feasibility of the theory and structure.The main research content is as follows:1.In reference, on the basis of a large number of steel structure housing, both at home and abroad, taking advantage of the truss structure, combined with the construction plan and structure,this paper proposes a new bearing of steel truss structure residence system.According to the introduction of system of new bearing of steel truss structure residence system, got the main bearing component cross section form and calculation method and prepared for subsequent model establishment and analysis.2.By using the finite element analysis software MIDAS for new steel truss structure residence under the bearing system of large column grid, lay out of modeling analysis:determine the system of natural form, the natural vibration period, the quality of participation coefficient, the adverse working conditions is one of the biggest floor displacement between layers, the maximum interlayer displacement Angle;By using PKPM software on the same column grid,the paper lay out of the overall structure based on the traditional frame structure system analysis:the system of natural form, the basic parameters, such as natural vibration period is obtained under adverse conditions the maximum displacement between layers and layers of floor displacement curve, the maximum interlayer displacement Angle and layer displacement Angle curve; From the natural vibration characteristics, floor biggest interlayer displacement, maximum interlayer displacement Angle and the Angle of steel weight of the main/bearing component four above two systems do contrast analysis, it is cor/cluded that the new steel truss structure residence bearing system of the overall feasibility of the conclusion3.By Using MIDAS finite element analysis software,this paper proceed with the main conditions of static analysis for the new steel truss structure residence bearing system, and validate the new bearing of steel truss structure residence system main components in the rationality of the internal force, stress ratio, displacement on the conclusion, provide the basis for vision plan.4.By using the finite element analysis software MIDAS.having proceed with the Pushover analysis under the earthquake resistance and the rarely met earthquake for bearing system for new steel truss structure housing and got maximum interlayer displacement, and maximum layers displacement Angle, the maximum interlaminar shear index, new system determines the elastic-plastic deformation of the situation under a new system for earthquake resistance and the rarely met earthquake.At the same time.this paper get the new system of earthquake resistance and the rarely met earthquake development situation of plastic hinges and find the weak layer of the system.The new steel truss structure residence bearing system has realized the people demand for large space residential,which is more economic value than a part of the traditional system. At the same time,the related research of high-rise residential research provides certain reference and reference and promote the application in the high-rise steel structure residence and also puts forward the problems which need to be further analysis.
