After reform and opening up. China’s rapid economic development, science and technology has been rapidly improve, steelmaking technology is to rise to a new level, and the rapid development in the direction of light weight, high strength building materials. Staggered steel truss structure, as a new form of structure, it is mainly composed of pillars, plane truss and frame beam, the longitudinal support, floor panels, its components, the sectional area is smaller than the traditional steel structure with a small amount of steel and to improve the structure of the project cost. Staggered steel truss structure layout after the filler wall can effectively improve the seismic performance of structure, current literatures published less, also for filling wall distribution situation has not been published.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies by theoretical research and numerical simulation are discussed filler wall distribution when the effect on the seismic performance of staggered steel truss structure, this paper put forward by predecessors is verified through simulation of equivalent oblique compression bar model and the rationality of the research is mainly focused on the different floor distribution filler wall of steel staggered truss cycle reduction factor. Summarizes the distribution of filler wall is different, the steel staggered truss stiffness change rule, proposed a relatively safe filler wall arrangement.
