The Function Of The Urban Complex Model And Its Influence On The Development Of The City

Under the current urban development background of continuously accelerating process of urbanization, the increasingly growing urban population and the growing shortage of urban land in our country, the development trend of intensive urban space in the urban construction of our country is becoming more and more obvious. Coupled with the diverse needs of modern urban life, the city complex with intensive and efficient architectural form has become the mainstream model of the future urban development of China. Thus, research on the functional organization of urban complex patterns and their effectiveness and impact in the city development has become an inevitable need for the current period. Without question, as a new urban vector of city’s future development and a new model of optimizing the allocation of the city industrial resources, urban complex in cities and its value is subject to the affirmative. The current development and construction of urban complexes are across every major city in our country. However, as a major practical problem of urban construction, further study and answer are required for questions like how to be dialectical between the integrated development project of urban complexes of large body and massive scale and the development of its regional environment, its impact and its practical promoting effect on the surrounding environment, and how to scientifically integrate their own industry characteristics into the overall urban context and environment. This paper was conducted by focusing on the function mode of urban complex and its impact on urban development, which has important theoretical and practical significance on scientifically guiding the future development and construction of urban complexes and shaping healthy relationship between urban and urban complex has.Based on the research of past excellent scholars, this paper re-interpreted the collaborative relationship between urban complex and functional mode, further combing the concept of urban complex, the dominant mode and attribute characteristics. On this basis, the interactive contact property of urban complex and industry in its surrounding area and urban environment is explored to build an effective theoretical platform to analyze the interaction effect later in urban complexes and urban areas.Based on the analysis of the interaction effects between urban complex and urban areas, from the perspective of urban complex development and healthy development as well as the environmental development of the surrounding region, countering the current obstacle in the development of the urban complex, the direction for the improvement of the relationship between city complex and the future urban development is proposed in this paper to provide theoretical support for the healthy development of urban and complex.Based on assessment and analysis on the current domestic and foreign outstanding urban complex cases, the future development trend and precautions of the city complex are summarized in this paper, aiming to realize the development and promotion of the overall urban economic culture by designing and developing urban complex projects scientifically and rationally, along with the construction and development of its own norms.
