Concrete filled double skins steel tube is a new components, which is based on concrete filled steel tubular and use inner steel tube instead of core concrete. The components have many advantages such as little weight, good resistance for earthquake, good stiffness for resist bending and good performance for resist fire, and has been used in bridge pier, high-rise buildings, power transmission tower and so on. While these structures may inevitably suffer impact which comes from vehicles, ships, aircraft, etc. the structures which is impacted have taken much attention. This article will analysis dynamic behavior of concrete filled double steel tube under impact with simply supported, and propose formula of dynamic bearing capacity, laid the foundation for the analysis of impact performance of CFDST. This article carry out the following work:1. Carry out the lateral impact test on the Taiyuan University of Technology DHR9401type drop test machine, by changing the height of the drop hammer to achieve different loaded, the test records impact force, span deflection of the specimen and the strain of key points, and gets the residual failure modes of specimen2. Building the ABAQUS finite element analysis model of concrete filled double steel tube column under impact with simply supported, the model consider the strain rate of concrete and steel and define the contact relationship of related materials, using the finite element software to calculate for test, comparing and discussing the result of test result.3. Based on orthogonal test and Finite element model analysis which is proved by test data, Building the analysis model of different parameter of concrete filled double steel tube column with simply supported., the model analysis the result by the method of poor extremely, to determine the influence ratio of impact force peak value, impact force platform and Span deflection by load, physical and geometrical parameters.4. Carrying out parametric to the various factors of influence of specimen, the parameters of analysis main include:the strength of outer tube, concrete strength, the strength of inner tube, steel ratio of cross-section, radius to thickness ratio of inner tube, the ratio of hollow, the velocity of impact. In addition, this article put forward the bearing capacity formula of dynamic behavior of concrete filled double steel tube under impact with simply supported.
