The intelligent alarm information processing method of intelligent substation ismainly discussed in this paper. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of currentlyused methods on alarm information processing are compared and analyzed. Andaccording to the problems, the alarm information processing method based onbacktracking reasoning is explored in this paper. The action constrains and timeconstrains of the alarm information are both considered in this method. Secondly, inthe context of the current popularity and application of intelligent substation, thesubstation monitoring information modeling method based on IEC61850standard isstudied, meanwhile the description and parsing method of the configuration files arealso counted. Last but not least, the alarm information processing method includingtiming constraints based on backtracking reasoning is researched. This methodinitially introduces timing constrains into related events to find how to take the alarmaction logic as the basis. And then, based on the analysis of timing logic of the alarminformation, the method of dealing with time constrains are discussed. Finally, byputting the action chain of logical events which contains the timing constrains intobacktracking reasoning, it determines the authenticity of the alarm information andthe method of dealing with the error message.The specific research mainly containstwo parts: first, the standardization and classification method based on IEC61850standard is studied. To realize the information standardization, the substationmonitoring information is modeled according to IEC61850standard. To realize theparsing and classification of configuration files, C#programming method isemployed. Second, by studying the action logic of alarm information, the therelationship among various information is described clearly. By studying the timingcharacteristics of the alarm information, the timing constraints modeling method isdone. Finally, the disposing method of error message is analyzed. A group of real-timealarm information is taken as an example in this paper to testify the method proposedin this paper and the results confirmed the correctness, effectiveness and feasibility ofthis method.
