China is one of countries the natural disasters often happen in the world, such asearthquake, typhoon and flood disasters, those caused a major national economiclosses and casualties. China has a large population, and most of the buildings have been built in earthquake zones.At present, with the underdeveloped economy in the vastrural and remote towns, There are a lot of the poor quality of construction projects,or disrepair and dangerous, and the usability of some buildings is poor. The earth’s surfaceis covered with a layer of thickness of miscellaneous soil in some ancient cities,some buildings built on the above will cause excessive settlement and differential settlement,and the settlement makes the structure tilt and damage the structure.Those buildings has ahuge threat to people’s lives and property safety.In this paper we analyze the cause of the structural inclination,and we makereinforcement design for a commercial residential building. We analyze the structuralinclination by the limited element software, and then the structure seismic strengtheningdesign is adopted. This article mainly aims at the problem of how to reinforce theexisting buildings when they tilt. It is based on the existing isolation design specification, theresearch we do for further study is based on he reference domestic and foreign existing relatedresearch content.The major studies are as follows:In this paper,we start the study for a practical engineering project of a commercialresidential building, and apply software to establish3D entity model. Comparing withcalculation by hand and the results of SATWE software, then calculate the bear-ing capacity and settlement of foundation, comparing with the actual observation results and analyzing the cause what make the commercial residential building tilt.Calculating and analyzing the main structure’s deformation under the action of gravity and water buoyancy by Using finite element software. By using SAP2000finite element software, this paper analyzes the influence of trend of building tiltunder the water buoyancy.In this paper, by setting up3D entity model with using SAP2000structure finiteelement analysis,and analysis both the inclination and inclination trend analysis of thebuilding. At the same time, through the analysis of seismic response data, we canverify the effectiveness of the isolation reinforcement. By using time history analysismethod and computing seismic response with the action of vibration isolation systemof the building under different seismic wave, including the displacement betweenlayers, interlaminar shear and so on, and the calculated results were compared with theisolation structures. And design tilt of buildings in seismic strengthening design.It is necessary to correct the buildings with seismic strengthening design. The firstinnovation is to combine rectification with isolation reinforcement. In order to protectfoundation,we apply the anchor jacked pile reinforcement, and then, by using the isolationreinforcement method to ensure the building to resist earthquake. Considering thecomplexity and importance of construction of vibration isolation design, we increase theisolation device in aspect of Strengthening construction and design the anchor jackedpile reinforcement.
