Externally prestressedreinforcement is the key influence on the properties of beam shear capacity of the problemof the influence of the original structure of externally prestressed tendons, and the currentresearch on inclined section bearing capacity of externally prestressed reinforcement beamis scarce. In order to further promote external prestressed strengthening technique, theshear properties of externally prestressed reinforcement beam theory and engineeringapplication research has important significance.In this paper, by using limit equilibrium theory and truss arch model two kinds ofshear bearing capacity analysis method, the use of external prestressing reinforcementbeams shear performance analysis, and the corresponding calculation formula is deduced.On the shear bearing capacity and checking calculation of actual engineering components,as well as the normal use condition of cracks and deflection calculation, prove thefeasibility of two methods of analysis and in vitro prestressed reinforcement of beam crack,deflection well control effect. In addition, this article also local compression bearingcapacity of externally prestressed reinforced concrete beam and reinforced beam when onthe analysis and checking calculation of the influence of adjacent columns, and putsforward the relevant design requirements and Suggestions.On the above theoretical analysis and practical verification at the same time, thisarticle also uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS of externally prestressedreinforced concrete beam, the numerical simulation analysis of whole process. Wereconsidered in the simulation analysis to block the number and location, the size of thestirrup spacing, initial prestress, shear span ratio influence factors, such as a total of14model for finite element analysis is established. The numerical simulation and analysisresults show that the external prestressing can effectively improve the beam deflectionlimit shear bearing capacity and limit; Increase in the number of steering block, theincrease of initial prestress, the decrease of the shear span ratio, the limit of the externallyprestressed reinforcement beam shear bearing capacity and deflection limit has increased. In this paper, theoretical analysis and practical research results of the validation andfinite element simulation analysis, external prestressed strengthening for the future providethe basis and the reference in engineering application. |
