In recent years, with the rapid development of high-rise buildings, in order to meet thedifferent building functions, the number of structures with transfer story is increasing. As theheight of the building increased, the design and construction of structures with transfer storyalso face new challenges. During the construction, building structure changes constantly,internal force, deformation of structural members and strength of concrete are time-varyingeffected. These characteristics must be considered in structural design. Furthermore, thedifferent construction schemes produced different deformation for the same structure. At thesame time, shrinkage and creep of concrete have a great effect on the vertical deformation ofthe structure. This thesis uses Heyuan Century Square A project as the research object,analyzes the construction simulation, optimizes the construction program, and studies theinfluence of shrinkage and creep of concrete on the vertical deformation of the structure.Finally, the research suggests the construction method of column compensation for the largevertical deformation in the structure. The detailed contents of the research as below:Combined with Heyuan Century Square A project, the construction simulation duringconstruction is analyzed. In the process of analyses, the concrete compressive strength, elasticmodulus, material time-varying factors such as creep and shrinkage, which are considered,have a great effect on the properties of structure. In the condition of construction leveling,structural internal force, the variation of deformation, and the distribution in the verticaldeformation of the structure with different floors during construction are investigated.During the construction, the different construction schemes have different effects on thestructural internal force and deformation. In this thesis, combined with constructionconditions, the reaction of the whole performance of the structure in different constructionstep is analyzed. According to the analyses of construction simulation, the influence of shrinkage and creep of concrete on the vertical deformation is further discussed. Theconstruction method of column compensation is proposed and the simulation analyses areconducted for the large vertical deformation, which makes the floor elevation and the designelevation to produce difference. Based on the research, reasonable suggestions for the raisedproblems in the design and construction process of the overall structure are proposed.
